IKS Hires Bilingual Customer Service Representative
IKS is pleased to welcome Carlos Lopez as its newest Customer Service Representative.
IKS is pleased to welcome Carlos Lopez as our new Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As the newest addition to the IKS team, Carlos will be the primary point of contact for all of our Latin American customers, allowing them to more quickly and easily communicate their needs. In his new role, Carlos will also serve as a liaison between our Florence, SC and Mexico locations, as he is fully fluent in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Carlos comes from a customer service background, having spent over 25 years in the fields of manufacturing and distribution. He also holds a BBA in Accounting from Bayamon Central University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA.
We are pleased to welcome Carlos to the IKS team and look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to clients in all geographic areas!
