IKS will be completing phase two of our TISSSUE LOG SAW production cell. These enhancements will give IKS the ability to greatly increase our production of 24” log saws while maintaining our Industry Leading standards for saw run-out and concentricity. This second phase will complement phase one which was the complete redesign of our internal heat-treat facilities which was completed earlier in 2009.

We will be displaying at the CMM 2009 International trade show at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL
This event is one of the industry’s premier converting and package printing exhibition. At the show visitors will have a first hand opportunity to see live demonstrations of cutting edge products and technologies some running live on the exhibit floor. They will be able to network with a broad range of industry experts and service providers to this diverse market. They will also be able to seek solutions to their problems and questions. IKS will be promoting its full line of high performance cutting tools specializing in those high end products made from the latest developments in metallurgy such as powdered tool steel and sub-micon carbide bimetallic materials.

We will be displaying at the FABTECH INTERNATIONAL & AWS WELDING trade show at the McCormick Place Convention in Chicago, IL
This mega event is the largest show in the Americas dedicated to the metal forming and fabricating industry. The show is expected to draw over 35,000 attendees and will give visitors and opportunity to see live demonstrations and exhibits of the latest technologies available to this industry. They will also have an opportunity to network face to face with industry experts in this field. All major suppliers to the metals industry will showcase their capabilities throughout pavilions specifically dedicated to metals forming, fabricating, tube and pipe processing/producing, lasers, thermal spray, and welding.
